Starting with MacDon’s proven flex-wing design and adding over 2 inches of extra flex at the cutterbar, the FD2 PLUS follows the ground effortlessly – hugging tighter, cutting closer and capturing more crop to help support your most productive harvest. The FD2 PLUS helps increase efficiency, save time and optimize overall harvesting performance even in the toughest, most irregular field conditions.

The FD2 PLUS builds on the trusted FlexDraper® platform to deliver MacDon’s most flexible draper yet. Built for those with the most demanding, variable field conditions, the FD2 PLUS series delivers over two inches of extra flex at the cutterbar to capture the most available crop.

With a simple, reliable leaf spring flexing cutterbar, FD2 PLUS series headers can instantly adapt to changing ground conditions. This system works together with the flexing frame and MacDon’s Active Float System to support up to 97% of the header’s weight.

With a full-length flex cutterbar, FD2 PLUS headers offer superior ground tracking while maintaining the majority of the reel-to-cutterbar relationship – saving crop that competitive flex cutterbars may find out of reach.

Maximize performance across multiple crops with a single, versatile header. FD2 PLUS drapers can easily transform from a fully flexing frame to a completely rigid unit. FD2 PLUS headers are available in 30, 35, 40, 41, 45, and 50-foot widths to suit your needs. And with 50-inch deep drapers, they can readily handle high-volume crops.
